If you are having trouble viewing or accessing course content, such as video and audio, it is most likely a browser issue. Our courses are designed for laptop or desktop computers.
We recommend that you check that your internet browser is up to date. If you're unsure what browser you're using, check out What's My Browser.
Here are some basic browser troubleshooting steps:
Click on the avatar icon/your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account. Then click on Notifications in the left-hand menu and make your changes.
Click on the avatar icon/your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account. Under Edit Profile, you can edit your Email, Name, and the other sign-up fields or update your avatar image. When you are done, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the avatar icon/your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account. Under Edit Profile, you can edit your Email. When you are done, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
If your course has a Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Completion, you will receive an email when you achieve 100% in the progress bar. You can also access it on your Certificates page.
Note: Not all GKC courses have a certificate.
Since you registered, we probably changed/added to the sign-up fields, so you may have some blank profile fields. You must fill in each field to save any changes. When you are done, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
