Instructions for Earning Continuing Education Credit

In order to receive credit, you must complete the posttest and evaluation using the link provided within the learning management system for this activity (the next item after you click on COMPLETE & CONTINUE). You must also score at least 70% on the post-test. Statements of credit will be emailed within 4 weeks following completion of the posttest and evaluation.

Note: The posttest and evaluation survey is embedded on the next page. Please scroll in the survey window to complete it in its entirety. Only after submitting the survey, click on COMPLETE & CONTINUE at the bottom of the course player.
